The CERV-2025-DAPHNE call aims to support projects that prevent and combat gender-based violence and violence against children. It focuses on four key priorities:
- Large-scale and long-term actions tackling gender-based violence (with regranting):
- Strengthening Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) through capacity-building, advocacy, and multi-agency collaboration.
- Implementing transparent mechanisms for financial support (regranting) to third-party grassroots CSOs.
- Enhancing victim-centred services addressing domestic violence, sexual violence, cyber violence, and harmful practices.
- Targeted actions for protection and support of victims of gender-based violence:
- Establishing specialist support centres such as "one-stop shops," Barnahus, or Family Justice Centres.
- Improving identification, reporting, and rapid response mechanisms to protect victims from severe forms of violence, including femicide.
- Enhancing cross-border cooperation in cases involving European Protection Orders.
- Prevention-focused actions against gender-based violence, including cyber violence:
- Promoting awareness on consent and prevention of sexual violence.
- Increasing digital literacy to prevent cyber violence.
- Engaging men and boys actively in prevention efforts.
- Training professionals for early detection and intervention.
- Integrated child protection systems:
- Developing integrated multidisciplinary child protection systems centred on children's rights.
- Strengthening early detection, reporting, referral procedures, and professional capacity-building.
- Ensuring meaningful child participation throughout project activities.
Funding available: EUR 23 million
Deadline for applications: 7 May 2025· For Priority 1: Project budgets (requested grant amount) are expected to be higher than EUR 1 000 000, and maximum EUR 3 000 000 per project. 24-36 months.
· For Priorities 2, 3: Project budgets (requested grant amount) are expected to be higher than EUR 100 000 per project. 12-24 months.
· For Priority 4: Project budgets (requested grant amount) are expected to be higher that EUR 100 000, and maximum EUR 1 000 000 per project. 12-24 months.
Projects may be national or transnational; transnational cooperation is particularly encouraged.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be legal entities (public or private) or international organisations.
- Main applicants must be non-profit; for-profit organisations can participate only as partners.
- Projects require at least two applicants (one main applicant and at least one co-applicant).
- Activities must take place in eligible countries (EU Member States or associated countries).
- Priority 1 projects must implement regranting mechanisms to third-party CSOs.
- Priority 4 projects must involve public authorities as main or co-applicants.
