The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation is a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation founded in 1982. Its mission is to improve the lives of people with CHARGE syndrome locally, nationally, and internationally through outreach, education, and research.

Within the framework of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation Clinical Research Grant Program, funding is available to promote clinical research on the treatment, intervention, prevention, and support of individuals with medical, health, and behavioural issues, and their families.

Preference will be given to projects that include investigators who are new to CHARGE research and to projects with clear potential to lead to future funding from other agencies.

Eligible applicants are established and new investigators worldwide.

Grants have a value of up to $25,000 each. The maximum project duration is one year.

Indirect costs are allowed up to 10% of the total grant.

Funds may not be used for salaries or travel expenses.
