Tech transfer Policy
The IRSJD-FSJD aims to contribute to the improvement of people's health and well-being by promoting, supporting, and coordinating research primarily carried out at the SJD Barcelona Children’s Hospital and the Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu, institutions affiliated with the Order of St. John of God.
Therefore, the IRSJD-FSJD applies the Intellectual Property policies of the research institutions it manages:
- Intellectual and Industrial Property Policy SJD Barcelona Children’s Hospital: Access restricted
- Intellectual and Industrial Property Policy Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu: Access restricted put in contact with Legal Dpt. PSSJD.
Those research teams associated with the Universitat de Barcelona and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya should refer to the Tech Transfer policies of their institutions or contact the relevant Innovation and Transfer Units.
