General description: This call aims to support, advance, and implement comprehensive policies to protect and promote children's rights, including the right to participate. It addresses current needs and challenges faced by children in the EU through three priorities:

  1. Children's rights in the digital age
  2. Children's engagement and participation
  3. Embedding a rights of the child perspective in actions at national and local level

This call focuses on the implementation of the actions and recommendations at EU, national and local levels of the EU Strategy on the rights of the child. It aims at responding to children's current needs and challenges in the EU.

It pays attention to the rights of children with specific needs and vulnerabilities, including those who fled the Russian's war of aggression against Ukraine.

Projects can be national or transnational. Transnational projects are particularly encouraged.

Requisitos

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Eligible Participants:

    • Legal entities (public or private) or international organizations.
    • The main applicants must be non-profit organizations. For-profit organizations can participate only in partnership with public entities, non-profit private organizations, or international organizations.
    • Established in one of the eligible countries:
      • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories).
      • Non-EU countries:
        • Countries associated with the CERV Programme or countries in negotiations for an association agreement that enters into force before the grant agreement is signed.
  2. Additional Conditions:

    • Activities must take place in any of the eligible countries.
    • The requested grant cannot be less than 200,000 EUR.
    • The application must involve at least two applicants (main applicant and at least one co-applicant that is not an affiliated entity or associated partner). The project can be national or transnational.
    • For priority 3 "Embedding a rights of the child perspective in actions at national and local level," grant applications must involve at least one public authority (national, regional, or local) in the consortium, either as the main applicant or co-applicant.
