The European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) has opened a new call within their Entry-level Fellowships programme.

Object

The Dame Sheila Sherlock EASL Fellowship Programme aims to enhance the mobility of investigators within different European institutions through actively promoting scientific exchange among research units in Hepatology.

Requirements

- Applicant must be a registered EASL member and must not hold a permanent position.

- No restriction on the applicant's age or nationality.

- Hosting institution has to be European and shall be in a different European country from the home institution.

- No more than 1 application per hosting and home department will be considered.

- Head of the hosting research unit has to be an EASL member but must not be EASL Governing Board representative.

Amount and duration

Up to three Post-Doc Research Fellowships of 40,000 € are awarded each year. Each fellowship is granted for a period of 1 year. Each fellowship is granted for a period 1 year and should begin at the latest by the end of the year of the awarded grant.
