                                Introduction 
 Interreg NEXT MED is an EU-funded program that promotes transnational cooperation in the Mediterranean, addressing common challenges such as sustainability, economic competitiveness, and governance. With a budget of €263 million, it aims to foster projects that drive fair and sustainable development across 15 participating countries.Priorities and Budget 
 The call allocates €83.7 million to projects under four priorities:- Competitiveness and Innovation
 1.1. Research and innovation capacities and the uptake of advanced technologies
 1.2. Sustainable growth and competitiveness of SME and job creation in SMEs
- Green Transition and Resilience
- Social Inclusion
 3.1. Equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through developing accessible infrastructure, including by fostering resilience for distance and on-line education and training
 3.2 Equal access to health care and fostering resilience of health systems, including primary care, and promoting the transition from institutional to family- and community-based care
- Governance and Cooperation
 Types of Projects - Green Transformation: Pilot projects with innovative approaches to accelerate the green transition and mitigate climate change.
- Eco-Youth: Initiatives led by young people or focused on their involvement in the green transition (20% of the budget).
 Green Transformation: €1.78M - €3.115M (max. €3.5M total cost). Eco-Youth: €623K - €1.78M (max. €2M total cost). Project Duration 
 Between 24 and 36 months.

- Requirements
- 
                                Participation Requirements - Each project must include at least three countries, with at least one EU Mediterranean country and one Mediterranean partner country.
- An organization can only lead one project per specific objective but can participate as a partner in others.
- Partners from non-eligible regions can participate under specific conditions.
- At least 50% of the budget must be spent in Mediterranean partner countries.
- No organization can receive more than 35% of the total project budget.
