Obtaining a doctorate from the University of Barcelona (UB) with the thesis: "Acute bronchiolitis: validation of a scale of severity and use of biomarkers for the optimization of treatment", defended on June 19, 2020.

In 2010 he joined the Pediatric Medical Emergency Service (SEM) and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu as a specialist in paediatrics.
