Doctoral thesis conducted by Yiyi Luo under the supervision of Drs Laia Alsina y Anna Esteve-Solé, coordinator and researcher Study of Immune Deficiency Diseases in Paediatrics (GEMDIP) and Dr Manel Juan (IDIBAPS-Clínic).
